What we collect

When you join the early list, we collect:

• First name — so we can address you by name in emails
• Last name — to complete your contact record
• Email address — to send you updates about Work In Peace

We don’t collect passwords, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.

Why we collect it

We use your name and email to:

• Send occasional updates about the project (new tools, launch news, behind-the-scenes)
• Notify you when early access or beta invites become available
• Respond if you reach out to us directly

We won’t use your data for advertising, profiling, or anything unrelated to Work In Peace.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand basic visitor behavior — things like which pages people visit and how long they stay. This helps us improve the product.

Google Analytics collects technical data automatically, including:

• Your approximate location (country/city level, based on IP)
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website (where you came from)
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

This data is processed by Google and governed by
Google’s Privacy Policy.
We don’t have access to your individual IP address — Google anonymizes it before it reaches us.

How long we keep your data

We keep your contact information for as long as you remain on the list. If you unsubscribe, we remove your data from active mailing lists within 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (their default).

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you’re off the list immediately — no hoops, no “are you sure?” sequences.

You can also email us directly to be removed (see contact below).

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period.

Third-party services

We use a small number of services to run the list:

• Email provider — stores your name and email to send you messages (e.g., Loops, Resend, or similar)
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized browsing data as described above

These services have their own privacy policies and security practices. We only share what’s necessary for them to do their job.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what data we have about you
• Correct it if it’s wrong
• Delete it entirely

Just send us an email and we’ll handle it promptly — usually within a week.
